Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days.
Overnight Shipping: Guaranteed delivery by the next business day.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors, such as weather, holidays, or delays by the carrier.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost Items
If your order is not received 10 business days from ship date, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Stitched by Sheryl! Please note the following return policy:

All items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are defective or damaged during shipping.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving it. We will refund the shipping cost to the original payment method. Items returned outside of this 2-day period are not eligible for a return or refund.

Stitched by Sheryl reserves the right to refuse any return.
For Defective Items:

Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it. If it’s repairable, we will fix it and return it to you at no extra cost.

If the item cannot be repaired, we will replace it with the same item. If the same item is unavailable, we’ll help you choose another item of equal value.
For Damaged Items:

After we inspect the returned item, if it’s determined to be damaged during shipping, we’ll replace it with the same item. If the item is unavailable, we’ll assist you in selecting another item of equal value.

You won’t be charged for any shipping costs related to this return.
